The head of the team and founder is Christian Philip Martinen, LL.M, Esq. who holds a German law degree focusing on European/International Law and Corporate Law as well as a Masters degree in United States Legal Studies (LL.M.) focusing on Entertainment Law, Multi Media Law, and Intellectual Property Law. He is a member of the New York State Bar.

In addition, Christian possesses a business degree and experience in the entertainment industry. Christian‚s unique background provides him with a comprehensive knowledge of all aspects of the practical, legal, and business aspects of the entertainment industry, including an understanding of the needs of creative individuals.

Christian was born in the United States, and was raised and educated in Germany prior to his return. He was educated in Europe as well as the United States, knows both markets and is able to interact, negotiate, and succeed on both sides of the Atlantic.
